IGC process to file a complaint

For any kind of support for the services provided by the HSB or any grievance
reporting to the services provided by the HSB:
Register your grievance through below email id:

On receipt of the complaint, a Unique reference number will be provided to the
client registered email id within two working days.
Status of the complaint will be informed to the client through the above email on
the registered email id. Client can also reach on the above email for further
support.
Register your grievance through Website:
Open the HSB website: http://www.hsbsecurities.com
Click on the three horizontal lines on the extreme top on right side after login tab.
Go to Support and Click on the Complaint and suggestions Fill the details in the window and submit.
Click on the complaints form and fill up the details asked for and upload the required documents and click submit.
Upon submission of grievance, a Unique reference number will be provided to the
client on registered email id within two working days and Status of the complaint
will be informed through the above email to the client on registered email id.
