M/s. HSB Securities & Equities Limited (formerly known as HSE Securities Limited) was incorporated in the year 1999 with ROC Hyderabad. The company was a wholly owned subsidiary of the erstwhile “The Hyderabad Stock Exchange Limited (HSE)”, a Regional Stock Exchange (RSE).

HSB Securities & Equities Limited was floated out of the erstwhile “The Hyderabad Stock Exchange Limited (HSE)” after SEBI order of allowing the subsidiaries to continue to function like any other stock broking entity. The company has acquired full-fledged membership of BSE, NSE and MSEI and is also a Depository Participant of CDSL and NSDL.

The company is currently having more than 60 actively trading Authorized Persons registered with it.

The company to its credit has an experienced board with more than 3 decades of experience in the industry.

Mr. Ramanuj Das Lahoti

He is a Graduate from Osmania University, Hyderabad, is a director of M/s. HSB Securities & Equities Limited and has been on the board of the company since 21/12/2009. He has vast experience into stock markets trading & operations of more than 30 years. Currently he is taking care of administrative functions of the company.

Mr. Ghanshyam Das Gilada

He is a B. Com Graduate and is associated as director with the company since 2014. He is an active stock market participant with experience of more than 3 decades.

Mr. Sanjay Kumar Singhal

He is a B. Com Graduate and is associated as director with the company since 2017. He has wide experience into Currency, Commodities and Equity markets of more than 3 decades.

Mr. Ramkishore Jhawar

A chartered accountant by profession Mr. Ramkishore Jhawar is an independent director on the board and is having vast experience in the fields of Accounts, Finance, Taxation and statutory regulations.

Mr. Awes Rabbani

He is a Whole Time Director (CEO) and Relationship Manager (RM) of the company. He is currently heading the Risk Management System (RMS) and Operations and Compliance activities of the company. He is associated with the company for more than 10 years. Prior to joining HSB Securities he was associated with Hypersoft Technologies Ltd.

Shanker Chandak

He is a Chartered Accountant by qualification and is currently working in the capacity of Director (CFO) and Compliance Officer (DP). He has more than 10 years of experience in the finance and accounts. Prior to joining HSB Securities he was associated with Banking and Finance Sector. 

Key Managerial Personnel

Mrs. Usha Asawa Soni

She is the Company Secretary of the company. She has experience in corporate and secretarial laws of more than 8 years. Prior to joining HSB Securities she was associated with a practicing CS firm.

Infrastructure

Civil infrastructure: - Land & Building:

The Company has its own Land admeasuring 261 square yards located at Himayatnagar, Hyderabad and the Building for new office based out of the same location.

Technical Infrastructure:

As on date, trading software used by the Company is BOLT trading platform provided by BSE and FinSpot provided by FinSpot Technology Solutions Private Limited.

The Back office Software used by the Company is Hypersoft provided by Hypersoft Technologies Limited.

The company is using CROSS of ACER software for CDSL and ESTRO of ACER software for NDSL for the DP related activities and services.

Business Segments

The company is a Trading and Self Clearing Member of the NSE and BSE. Currently, the Company is dealing in BSE (Cash Segment) and NSE (Cash and F&O Segment).

The Company is also providing depository services and is registered with both the Depositories i.e. CDSL and NSDL.

We are currently banking with HDFC Bank , Kotak Mahindra Bank and Canara Bank.
